BURNING BOWL SERVICE
Time & Location
About the event
As we begin our new year, we invite you to join others for a service designed to help us release the past and set intentions for our lives. Releasing the old and inviting the new is the purpose of our traditional "Burning Bowl Service." We have an opportunity to decide what thoughts, ideas, and activities of the old year we would like to let go, and then to release them into the flames. We will then have the opportunity to set our intention and vision for the coming year by writing a letter, affirming those activities and dreams that lead each of us on our journey toward freedom, joy and spiritual growth. Start your new year with renewed energy.
At this time, due to the rise in Covid cases, we will not have the pot luck that was previously planned.
Wearing a mask is encouraged.
Throughout the Burning Bowl Ceremony, the doors will be partially opened to encourge fresh air circulation. Dress warmly if necessary. This event will last approximately 1 hour.
Donations from guests are encouraged.
All Saddlebrooke residents may register for a 2022 membership at this event.
Facilitated by: Rev. Suzanne Marlatt StewartSpeaker, Author (currently writing monthly articles for the SaddleBrooke papers)
