A Shamanic Circle Meeting

About ten years ago, I was invited to a Shamanic workshop by a friend. I found that Shamanic journeying came naturally to me and it was easier than meditation. After that, I participated in a local circle and learned the many practices of Shamanism. It has provided inspiration, healing, insights, and a way to attune with nature and the spirit world. The local circle that I started with now meets at my house once or twice a month. My presentation will give you a brief introduction to Shamanism from my experience. I will explain and demonstrate what takes place at typical meeting and then you will participate in a journey of your own.
